1. Scope of Services

Sycaro Limited Co. ("we," "our," "us") agrees to provide services as outlined in the service estimate

or quote accepted by the client ("you," "your"). Services may include but are not limited to:

- General cleaning

- Deep cleaning

- Make-ready cleaning

- Junk removal

- General repairs/renovation/maintenance

- Miscellaneous custom services

2. Access and Entry

You agree to provide us with safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.

This may include keys, codes, or other means of entry. If access is not granted or delayed, you may be charged a lockout or rescheduling fee.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

- Services may be scheduled as one-time, occasional, or recurring appointments, including but not limited to: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom intervals based on your needs.

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Rescheduling may be done at any time up to 2 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

- We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen - short-notice cancellations due to unforeseen illness, family emergencies, or unsafe conditions will be handled with understanding and flexibility.

- Same-day cancellations or no-shows (including failure to provide access) without plausible explanation may incur a $50 fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, unsafe environments, or staff availability.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept payments via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or other methods listed in your service agreement.

- Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee after 7 days, plus an additional 5% fee per day beyond that until payment is received.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue one time at no additional cost, provided the issue is directly related to our service and within reason.

6. Client Responsibilities

- Please secure pets and remove or safely store fragile or valuable items before service.

- It is recommended to tidy cluttered areas to allow thorough and efficient cleaning.

- You agree to provide accurate information regarding any allergies, sensitivities, or special cleaning requirements prior to service.

7. Damages and Liability

- We take great care in your home or property.

- In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 48 hours.

- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unsecured valuables, or items that were unstable or improperly mounted.

- We are not liable for health reactions to cleaning products unless we were informed in advance of allergies or sensitivities.

8. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or apply additional charges to services in unsafe environments, including but not limited to:

- Pest infestations

- Mold or biohazards

- Harassment or threatening behavior

9. Junk Removal (If Included)

If your service includes junk removal, all items for removal must be clearly identified or approved prior to removal. We are not responsible for mistakenly removed items if no clear direction was provided.

10. Force Majeure

Sycaro Limited Co. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for service scheduling and payment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request or at sycarolc.com/privacy.

12. Changes and Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will be provided upon request or made available via our website at sycarolc.com.
